I spent the summer building (and learning).
As a Product Engineering Intern on the Workday GO team, I worked at the intersection of product management, design, and engineering. I designed and shipped AI agents that automated complex implementation workflows, designed dashboards to help teams collaborate cross-functionally, and influenced AI strategy through internal platform research across the organization.
Some of my accomplishments include:
Shipped a 0-to-1 AI agent that automated Advanced Compensation configuration workbooks on the customer side, reducing manual effort by 50% and deployment time by 80%.
Established a scalable deployment standard, now adopted as Workday's main deployment methodology and used across 12 live enterprise clients.
Built Workday’s first AI governance portfolio, helping senior leaders, engineers, and product teams cross-functionally assess the deployment readiness and monitor agent quality of 60+ AI agents.
Evaluated an internal AI platform through 15 prototype agents and documented critical reliability gaps for 100+ stakeholders, influencing leadership to reconsider its planned Q3 adoption.
